My mum turned 49 today C: So I speedpainted this to put on a card for her:
The background is transparent, which for whatever reason I think is rather nifty. Despite being unhappy with it people around here think it’s brilliant, including mum, so all is well. Since it’s a gift, it gets watermarked. Trust me, I don’t think anyone would steal it xD
This here is a really old character of mine (well… one and a half years. Not that old, but she’s the oldest character I still actively use). I haven’t drawn her in ages! But damn… It feels like my art’s taken a step backwards Dx So many mistakes! Ah well… I was trying to cast a focus on body language/expression, but… I still can’t believe how terribly the pic came out.
Sam, or Sammy, is my character in a RolePlay set at an all-male school. She’s there posing as a male and has an obsession with how childish things are or something. Ironically, she’s one of the manlier characters in the roleplay.

First up, a sketch 8D
Ever have those times when you’re hanging out the washing and suddenly realise you’re holding a pair of men’s underwear? You probably don’t. But this happened one time, sorta. I was hanging out “school clothes” for mum, only to find that amongst the pile of school clothes there was a pair of her boyfriend’s underwear. I actually dropped them and recoiled xD; Clean or not, it’s still kinda gross.
Annnd one more thing for you all today~ Another WIP. I’m not sure if I’ll be finishing it or not.
I’m pretty happy with the lineart and stuff but… I don’t know what kind of background to do, nor how to make it in any way different to all my other pictures. So I may never finish this one.
I need to draw more…
A proper picture of Jeni in her everyday outfit for when I roleplay her on iANTIVIRUS, since she only had a messy terrible sketch before. I also made some minor adjustments to the outfit so it was a little more interesting, and a little less revealing.
And a closeup on her face since someone wanted one on dA xD If you click it, you should be able to view it at full size, which is my working size (except that I almost always zoom up to 300%), so you can see what my art really looks like; messy!

I’ve posted this on my dA, but my blog deserves love and therefore gets to have a higher resolution version posted on it. The inspiration for this came from a song (called Mugen, by Alice 9), and something one of my friends wrote on her writing blog. Enjoy!

Mmm I need to draw more. I haven’t CG’d anything else, but I’ve finished a couple of sketches, so I thought I’d post them up.
This first one… I may end up redrawing before I colour it up all proper like, because it doesn’t look how it’s meant to look. It’s supposed to look like I’m hugging someone, but I’m finding it hard to achieve. It’s just a little comment about all the people I talk to on the ‘net who I care about deeply, and how when they’re down, I really wish I could comfort them and make them feel better. Yeah, a bit lame, but whatever :’D (Also please ignore the writing, I didn’t notice it was there until now :’D)
Edit: There was another sketch here, but it annoyed me so much for reasons I won’t go into that it has been deleted >_>

I now have a theme, and I have now edited the header to incorporate my own image into it, which means my art blog is no longer under construction!
